彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊(cou)，傳遞扭矩大，使用(yong)壽命長(chang)，免維護，耐高溫，耐酸堿防(fang)腐(fu)蝕，適用(yong)于高溫高速及有腐(fu)蝕工況(kuang)環境(jing)的軸(zhou)系傳動(dong)。

萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現(xian)代工(gong)業領域被(bei)廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分(fen)式(shi)叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器使用的場(chang)合相近，主要運(yun)用在重載大型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用整體式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等(deng)其(qi)他重型裝備領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵在安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度(du)的(de)調整(zheng)，使對輪既(ji)同心又平(ping)行，否則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造成設備運(yun)行事故。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂(zhi)彈(dan)性(xing)體(ti)由(you)凸形爪塊限制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不(bu)同機構中的主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半(ban)合成(cheng)，分(fen)別用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩軸端，再(zai)通過(guo)某種方式將(jiang)兩半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸(zhou)器可(ke)兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝不(bu)精確(que)、工作(zuo)時的變形或(huo)熱(re)膨脹(zhang)等原因所發生的偏(pian)(pian)移（包括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)(pian)移、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移、角偏(pian)(pian)移或(huo)綜合偏(pian)(pian)移）；以(yi)及緩(huan)和沖擊(ji)、吸(xi)振。

靠(kao)背輪為俗稱，專業叫法(fa)為聯軸器以及法(fa)蘭，用于機械(xie)設(she)備的連接。
