萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高(gao)，傳動效率優異(yi)，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使(shi)用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起重運輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避(bi)免(mian)地要(yao)進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的(de)主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動和(he)扭矩(ju)的(de)機械部件(jian)。有(you)時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常(chang)由兩半合(he)成，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。
