SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用整體式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，主(zhu)要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安裝過(guo)程中(zhong)都(dou)不可避免地(di)要進行(xing)同(tong)軸(zhou)度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用(yong)效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)(tong)機構(gou)中的(de)主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接(jie)起來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合等聯(lian)接，緊固在(zai)兩軸端，再通過某(mou)種方式將兩半聯(lian)接起來。
