萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載(zai)能力高，傳動(dong)效率(lv)優異，在現代工(gong)業領域(yu)被(bei)廣(guang)泛采用。

SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的(de)場合相近(jin)，主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的(de)機(ji)(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中都(dou)不可(ke)避免地(di)要進行(xing)同軸(zhou)度(du)的(de)調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)(ji)泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)(lai)將不(bu)同機構(gou)中的主動軸和從(cong)動軸牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來(lai)(lai)一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和扭(niu)矩的機械部件(jian)。有時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半(ban)合成，分別(bie)用鍵或緊(jin)(jin)配(pei)合等(deng)聯接，緊(jin)(jin)固在(zai)兩軸端，再通過某種方式(shi)將兩半(ban)聯接起(qi)來(lai)。

靠(kao)背輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可(ke)兼有(you)補償兩軸(zhou)之(zhi)間由于制造安裝不精確(que)、工(gong)作時的(de)變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生的(de)偏(pian)移（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)向偏(pian)移、徑向偏(pian)移、角偏(pian)移或綜合(he)偏(pian)移）；以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振。
