SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器使(shi)用(yong)的場(chang)合相(xiang)近，主要運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中都不可避(bi)免地(di)要進行同軸度的調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則(ze)將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率(lv)或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同機構中(zhong)的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)半(ban)合成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸端，再通過某(mou)種方式將兩(liang)(liang)(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)接起(qi)來。
