SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的(de)場(chang)合相近，主要運用(yong)在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重運輸機械等其他重型裝備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安(an)裝過程中都不(bu)可(ke)避免地要進行(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調(diao)整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與風機(ji)連接的(de)聯(lian)軸器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢牢地緊密連接在一起，以此(ci)達(da)到一同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零件，有(you)時(shi)也(ye)用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與其他零件。

風(feng)機聯軸器具有(you)減速、增(zeng)速、變向和(he)換向等動作以(yi)及緩和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸(xi)振的作用。聯軸器可分為剛性(xing)聯軸器和(he)撓性(xing)聯軸器兩(liang)大類。前者不具有(you)緩沖(chong)性(xing)和(he)補償(chang)兩(liang)軸線相對位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡單，制造(zao)成本(ben)較低(di)，裝拆、維護方(fang)便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地(di)聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭(niu)矩的機械部(bu)件。有(you)時也(ye)用(yong)以聯接軸與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由(you)兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分(fen)別用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯接起(qi)來(lai)。

靠背輪聯軸器可(ke)兼有補償(chang)兩軸之(zhi)間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的(de)變形或熱膨(peng)脹等(deng)原因(yin)所發生的(de)偏(pian)移(yi)（包括(kuo)軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
