SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器使用(yong)的(de)場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用整體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其(qi)他重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具有減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變向和換向等動作以(yi)及緩和沖(chong)(chong)擊、吸振的作用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和撓性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩大類(lei)。前者不具有緩沖(chong)(chong)性和補償兩軸(zhou)線相對位(wei)移的能力，但結(jie)構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半(ban)合成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸(zhou)端，再通過某種(zhong)方式(shi)將(jiang)兩半(ban)聯(lian)接(jie)起來。
