萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力(li)高，傳(chuan)動效率(lv)優異，在現代(dai)工業領域(yu)被廣泛采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離(li)可達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免地(di)要進行同(tong)軸度的調整，使(shi)對(dui)輪既同(tong)心又(you)平(ping)行，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成(cheng)設備(bei)運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將(jiang)不(bu)同機構(gou)中(zhong)的(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地(di)聯(lian)接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時也用以聯(lian)接軸與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半(ban)合成(cheng)，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通(tong)過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起來。
