The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性(xing)輪胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)輪胎體(ti)是(shi)輪胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)必要的備件之一,相應的分為UL、LA、LB輪胎體(ti)。輪胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)分為凸型和凹型兩大類,凸型又分為帶骨架(jia)整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)、無骨整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)和徑向(xiang)切(qie)口式(shi)三種。輪胎環(huan)內側(ce)用(yong)硫化方法(fa)與鋼質骨架(jia)粘接成一體(ti),骨架(jia)上(shang)的螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔(kong)處焊有(you)螺(luo)母。裝(zhuang)配時用(yong)螺(luo)栓(shuan)與兩半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的凸緣連接,依靠擰緊(jin)螺(luo)栓(shuan)使輪胎與凸緣端(duan)面之間產生(sheng)的摩擦力(li)來傳(chuan)遞(di)轉矩,輪胎環(huan)工作時發生(sheng)扭轉剪切(qie)變形(xing),故(gu)輪胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)很高的彈(dan)性(xing),補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對位移的能力(li)較大,并有(you)良好的阻(zu)尼(ni),而(er)且結構簡單、不需(xu)潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和維護都比(bi)較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)不高(gao)、外形尺寸(cun)較大(da)(da)(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)增加(jia)使(shi)(shi)輪(lun)胎外形扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)向尺寸(cun)略有(you)減小,將(jiang)在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)(da)的(de)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li),使(shi)(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載加(jia)大(da)(da)(da)而(er)降低壽(shou)命(ming)。輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)速運(yun)轉(zhuan)時,輪(lun)胎外緣(yuan)由于離(li)心力(li)(li)的(de)作用而(er)向外擴(kuo)張,將(jiang)進一步增大(da)(da)(da)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li)。為此,在(zai)安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)時應(ying)采取措施(shi),使(shi)(shi)輪(lun)胎中的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向與工作時產生(sheng)的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向相反,以抵消部分附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li),達到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和(he)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工和(he)條件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使其(qi)質心(xin)(xin)或(huo)慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)與其(qi)加轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)重合,在運轉時將產生不(bu)平(ping)衡離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)性力、離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)性力偶和動撓(nao)度(振(zhen)(zhen)型)的(de)現象,稱為轉子的(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡現象,這種(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡現象必(bi)然引起軸(zhou)系的(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動,從而影(ying)響機器的(de)正(zheng)常工作(zuo)和使用(yong)壽(shou)命,因而對其(qi)必(bi)須加以(yi)重視。
