SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖(pou)分(fen)式(shi)叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場(chang)合相近，主要(yao)運用在重載(zai)大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵(beng)使用(yong)效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)事(shi)故(gu)。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)風機(ji)(ji)連接的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不同(tong)機(ji)(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連接在一起，以(yi)此達(da)到一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)的目的，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)械零件(jian)，有時也(ye)用(yong)以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與(yu)(yu)其他零件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和(he)(he)換向(xiang)等(deng)動作(zuo)以及緩(huan)和(he)(he)沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可分為剛性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓(nao)性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩大類。前者不具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)線相對(dui)位移的能力，但結構簡單(dan)，制造成本(ben)較低，裝拆(chai)、維(wei)護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構(gou)中(zhong)的主動軸和(he)從動軸牢固地(di)聯接起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動和(he)扭矩的機械部(bu)件。有時(shi)也用以(yi)聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合成，分別(bie)用鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝不精(jing)確、工作時(shi)的變形或(huo)熱膨脹等(deng)原因(yin)所發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包(bao)括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑(jing)向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜合(he)偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
