SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用整體式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重運輸(shu)機械等(deng)其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運(yun)行事故。

風機(ji)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)減速、增速、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和撓性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具有(you)緩沖性(xing)(xing)和補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位(wei)移的(de)能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制(zhi)造成本較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方(fang)便。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合(he)等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有(you)補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)之間由于制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作(zuo)時(shi)的變形或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所(suo)發生的偏移(yi)(yi)（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)向偏移(yi)(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)(yi)、角(jiao)偏移(yi)(yi)或(huo)綜合(he)偏移(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振。
