SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與風(feng)機(ji)(ji)連接的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可(ke)以將(jiang)不同機(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密連接在(zai)一起(qi)，以此達到一同旋轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞運動機(ji)(ji)械零(ling)(ling)件(jian)，有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)(ling)件(jian)。

風機(ji)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)(ju)有減速、增速、變向和(he)換向等動(dong)作以(yi)及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振的(de)作用(yong)。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可(ke)分為剛性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前者不具(ju)(ju)有緩沖性和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相對(dui)位移的(de)能力，但結構簡單，制造(zao)成本較低，裝拆(chai)、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不(bu)同(tong)機構(gou)中的主動(dong)軸和從(cong)動(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接起(qi)來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機械部件。有時(shi)也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由兩半合成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配(pei)合等聯接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起(qi)來(lai)。
