SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用整體式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不(bu)可(ke)避免地要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵使(shi)用效率或(huo)造(zao)成設備運(yun)行(xing)(xing)事故。
