SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器使(shi)用的場合(he)相近(jin)，主要運用在重載大(da)型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與(yu)風(feng)機(ji)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)(yi)將(jiang)不同機(ji)構中的(de)(de)(de)(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)(lao)牢(lao)(lao)地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在(zai)一起，以(yi)(yi)此達到一同旋轉的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動機(ji)械零(ling)件(jian)，有時也用以(yi)(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零(ling)件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)軸器(qi)具(ju)有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和換向等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)軸器(qi)可分為剛性聯(lian)軸器(qi)和撓性聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩大類。前者不(bu)具(ju)有緩沖性和補償兩軸線(xian)相對(dui)位移的能力(li)，但結構(gou)簡單，制造成(cheng)本(ben)較低(di)，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不(bu)同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固(gu)地(di)聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機械部件。有時也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩半(ban)合成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種(zhong)方式(shi)將兩半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸器可兼有補(bu)償(chang)兩軸之間由于制造(zao)安裝不精確、工作(zuo)時的(de)變形或(huo)熱膨脹等原(yuan)因所發生(sheng)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)移（包括軸向偏(pian)(pian)移、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)移或(huo)綜(zong)合偏(pian)(pian)移）；以及緩(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸振。
