SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)整(zheng)體(ti)式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機(ji)(ji)泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避(bi)免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心(xin)又(you)平行，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)(ji)泵使用效率或造成(cheng)設(she)備運行事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢(lao)固地(di)聯接起來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭(niu)矩(ju)的機械部件。有(you)時也用以(yi)聯接軸與其他零件（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。
