輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用輪(lun)胎(tai)體狀橡膠元件,與兩個(ge)半聯經過螺栓聯接,實現扭矩傳遞和位移補償。橡膠輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸器具有較高的(de)(de)彈(dan)性性能,扭轉剛度小(xiao),減震能力(li)強,軸向補償能力(li)較大,有良好的(de)(de)阻尼性能。
彈(dan)性輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器必要的(de)(de)備件(jian)之一(yi),相應的(de)(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器分為凸(tu)型和(he)(he)凹型兩(liang)(liang)大類,凸(tu)型又分為帶骨架整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式、無骨整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式和(he)(he)徑(jing)向切口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環(huan)內側用硫化方法(fa)與(yu)鋼(gang)質骨架粘接成一(yi)體(ti)(ti),骨架上(shang)的(de)(de)螺栓孔處焊有(you)螺母。裝配時(shi)用螺栓與(yu)兩(liang)(liang)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)(de)凸(tu)緣連接,依靠擰緊螺栓使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)緣端面之間產生(sheng)的(de)(de)摩擦力(li)來傳遞轉(zhuan)矩(ju),輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環(huan)工作時(shi)發生(sheng)扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器具有(you)很(hen)高的(de)(de)彈(dan)性,補(bu)償兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對位移(yi)的(de)(de)能力(li)較大,并有(you)良(liang)好的(de)(de)阻尼,而且(qie)結構簡單、不(bu)需潤滑、裝拆和(he)(he)維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是承載能力(li)不高、外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)較大(da)(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對扭轉角(jiao)的(de)(de)增加使(shi)輪(lun)胎外(wai)(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有減小,將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)上產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承負載加大(da)(da)而(er)降(jiang)低壽命。輪(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器高速(su)運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎外(wai)(wai)緣由(you)于離心力(li)的(de)(de)作用而(er)向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)擴(kuo)張,將進一步增大(da)(da)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此,在安裝聯軸(zhou)器時(shi)應采取措施(shi),使(shi)輪(lun)胎中的(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)與工(gong)作時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)相反,以抵消(xiao)部分附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到改善聯軸(zhou)器和(he)兩(liang)軸(zhou)承的(de)(de)工(gong)和(he)條件。
輪胎(tai)式聯軸器由于種種原因(yin)使(shi)(shi)其(qi)質心(xin)或慣(guan)性主軸與其(qi)加(jia)轉軸線不重合,在運轉時將(jiang)產生(sheng)不平衡離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性力(li)、離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性力(li)偶(ou)和動撓(nao)度(振型(xing))的現象(xiang)(xiang),稱為(wei)轉子的不平衡現象(xiang)(xiang),這(zhe)種不平衡現象(xiang)(xiang)必然引起軸系的振動,從而影響機(ji)器的正常工作和使(shi)(shi)用壽命,因(yin)而對其(qi)必須加(jia)以(yi)重視。
