萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力(li)高(gao)，傳(chuan)動效率優異，在(zai)現代工(gong)業領(ling)域被(bei)廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械等(deng)其他重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免(mian)地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應用于(yu)電子裝備行(xing)業、自動化生產(chan)線、輸送機行(xing)業等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當超載或機(ji)械故障而導致(zhi)所需扭(niu)矩超過設定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi)(shi)，它以打滑形(xing)式限(xian)制傳動系統所傳動的扭(niu)力，打滑的同(tong)時(shi)(shi)也能一個信號(hao)輸出停掉(diao)電(dian)機(ji)和減(jian)速機(ji)，當過載情形(xing)消失后(hou)自行恢復聯(lian)結。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用(yong)范圍(wei):電子(zi)裝(zhuang)備行(xing)業、自(zi)動化生產線(xian)、輸送機行(xing)業等。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不(bu)同(tong)機(ji)構(gou)中(zhong)的(de)(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起(qi)來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)部件。有(you)時(shi)也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半(ban)合(he)(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)(he)等聯接，緊固(gu)在兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將兩半(ban)聯接起(qi)來。

靠(kao)背輪聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可兼有(you)補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)之間由(you)于制造(zao)安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)等原(yuan)因所發生的偏移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜合偏移(yi)）；以(yi)及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振。

靠背輪為俗稱，專業叫法為聯(lian)軸器以及法蘭(lan)，用于機械(xie)設備的連接。
