SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)都(dou)不可避免地要進行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平行(xing)(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機泵使用效率或造(zao)成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。
