SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用在重載大(da)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安(an)裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地(di)要進行同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否(fou)則(ze)將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成設(she)備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機械(xie)部件。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他(ta)零(ling)件（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由(you)兩半合(he)成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊(jin)(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)(jin)固在(zai)兩軸端，再通(tong)過某(mou)種方式(shi)將兩半聯接起來。

靠背(bei)輪聯(lian)軸器可兼有補償(chang)兩(liang)軸之(zhi)間(jian)由于制造(zao)安裝(zhuang)不精(jing)確、工作時的變形或(huo)熱膨脹(zhang)等原(yuan)因所(suo)發生的偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移（包括(kuo)軸向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移或(huo)綜合偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移）；以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振。
