SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)使(shi)用的場合相近，主要(yao)運用在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領(ling)域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用相當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要(yao)進(jin)行同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳遞(di)運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸與(yu)其(qi)他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵(jian)或(huo)緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯接(jie)起來。
