SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近(jin)，主要(yao)運(yun)用(yong)在(zai)重載大型(xing)裝備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等(deng)其他重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是(shi)運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免(mian)地(di)要進(jin)行同軸度的調整，使(shi)(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)(shi)用效(xiao)率或造成(cheng)設(she)備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起(qi)來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時(shi)也(ye)用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合(he)等(deng)聯(lian)接(jie)，緊固在兩軸(zhou)端，再(zai)通過(guo)某(mou)種(zhong)方式將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。
