SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)(qi)使用的場(chang)合相(xiang)近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安(an)裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不可避免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造成設(she)備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機構(gou)中的(de)主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從(cong)動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動和扭(niu)矩的(de)機械部件。有時也(ye)用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他零件（如(ru)齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。
