SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免(mian)地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影(ying)響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接起來一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機(ji)械部(bu)件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊(jin)(jin)配合等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接(jie)起(qi)來。
