SWP十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器使(shi)用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運(yun)用(yong)在重(zhong)載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是(shi)運用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調(diao)整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則(ze)將(jiang)影響機泵(beng)使用效率或(huo)造成設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同(tong)機構中的主動軸和從(cong)動軸牢固地(di)聯(lian)接起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和扭(niu)矩的機械部件。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與其他零(ling)件（如(ru)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩(liang)(liang)半合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接(jie)(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)(liang)半聯接(jie)(jie)起來。
