SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運輸(shu)機(ji)械等(deng)其他重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不(bu)可避免地(di)要進行同軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平(ping)行，否則(ze)將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵(beng)(beng)使(shi)用效率或(huo)造成設備運行事故(gu)。
