SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式(shi)叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重載大型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避(bi)免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度(du)的調整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平(ping)行(xing)，否(fou)則將(jiang)影響(xiang)機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的主動(dong)(dong)軸和從(cong)動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的機械部件。有時也(ye)用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由(you)兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過(guo)某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝不精確(que)、工作時的變形(xing)或熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)等原因所發(fa)生的偏(pian)(pian)移（包(bao)括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)(pian)移、徑(jing)向偏(pian)(pian)移、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)移或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移）；以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸(xi)振(zhen)。
