鼓型齒式聯軸器是一種特別設計的先進齒式聯軸器，其外齒制成球面，球面的中心在齒輪的軸線上，齒側的間隙比一般產品稍大，鼓形齒聯軸器可以傳遞較(jiao)大的扭矩(ju)和允許較(jiao)大的角(jiao)位移，性(xing)能優異且壽(shou)命更(geng)加長久。

As the gear type flexible coupling, it can be applied into various general drive sites. Due to the special hook face drum gear design, in the definitive deviation scope, it can effectively avoid the edge stress concentration at tooth meshing, so it has outstanding radial and angular centering capacity. 萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)(yong)剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不(bu)同(tong)(tong)機構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從(cong)動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接起來一(yi)同(tong)(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等(deng)）。
