SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)使用的場合相近，主要運用在(zai)重載大型(xing)裝備(bei)領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于軋(ya)鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可(ke)避免地(di)要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用(yong)效率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛(fan)應用于電子裝備行業(ye)、自動化生產線、輸送(song)機行業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載或機械故障而導致所需扭(niu)矩(ju)超過設定值(zhi)時，它以打滑(hua)形式限制傳(chuan)動(dong)系統所傳(chuan)動(dong)的扭(niu)力(li)，打滑(hua)的同時也能一個信號輸出(chu)停掉電(dian)機和減速(su)機，當過載情形消失后自行恢復聯結。
