SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不(bu)可避(bi)免地要進(jin)行(xing)同(tong)軸度(du)的調(diao)整，使對輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備(bei)運行(xing)事(shi)故。
