萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動(dong)效(xiao)率優(you)異，在現代工業領(ling)域被廣泛采(cai)用。

SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近(jin)，主要運用在重載大(da)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中都不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸(zhou)度(du)的調整(zheng)，使對(dui)輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將(jiang)影響(xiang)機泵使用(yong)效率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯(lian)(lian)接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機(ji)械部(bu)件。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)(liang)(liang)半合成，分別(bie)用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸端，再通過某種方(fang)式(shi)將兩(liang)(liang)(liang)半聯接(jie)起(qi)來。
