SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合相(xiang)近，主(zhu)要運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要用于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)(yun)輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可(ke)(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)(yun)用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在(zai)安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免地(di)要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事(shi)故。
