對(dui)(dui)輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)在工作過程(cheng)中(zhong),并且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后(hou)果,由(you)于承(cheng)受咬入沖(chong)擊(ji)動(dong)載荷,使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)受到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)承(cheng)載能(neng)(neng)力下降,并在短時(shi)間內失效,從而直接影響其正常工作,其中(zhong)的(de)較薄(bo)弱環節(jie)進(jin)行替換(huan)或維(wei)修(xiu)是重要(yao)和實(shi)用的(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)(dui)半徑變位要(yao)求較好,找(zhao)耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存(cun)在很(hen)大(da)困難。如果在駕駛過程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松動(dong),泵(beng)裝置的(de)振動(dong)和噪音可能(neng)(neng)會變大(da)。
