The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性輪胎(tai)(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器輪胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)是輪胎(tai)(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器必要的(de)備件(jian)之一,相應的(de)分(fen)(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)。輪胎(tai)(tai)式(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器分(fen)(fen)為凸(tu)型(xing)(xing)和凹(ao)型(xing)(xing)兩(liang)大類,凸(tu)型(xing)(xing)又分(fen)(fen)為帶骨(gu)(gu)(gu)架(jia)整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)、無骨(gu)(gu)(gu)整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)和徑向切口式(shi)(shi)三種。輪胎(tai)(tai)環內側用硫(liu)化方法與鋼質骨(gu)(gu)(gu)架(jia)粘接成一體(ti),骨(gu)(gu)(gu)架(jia)上(shang)的(de)螺(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)母。裝(zhuang)配時用螺(luo)栓與兩(liang)半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)凸(tu)緣連(lian)接,依靠(kao)擰緊螺(luo)栓使(shi)輪胎(tai)(tai)與凸(tu)緣端面之間產生的(de)摩擦力來(lai)傳遞轉矩,輪胎(tai)(tai)環工作時發生扭轉剪(jian)切變(bian)形,故輪胎(tai)(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有(you)很高的(de)彈性,補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)位移的(de)能(neng)力較大,并有(you)良好的(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不(bu)需潤(run)滑、裝(zhuang)拆和維護都(dou)比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺(que)點是承載(zai)能力不高、外(wai)形(xing)尺寸(cun)較(jiao)大,隨著兩(liang)軸相對(dui)扭(niu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)角的(de)增加使輪(lun)胎外(wai)形(xing)扭(niu)歪,軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺寸(cun)略有(you)減小,將在(zai)兩(liang)軸上產生(sheng)較(jiao)大的(de)附(fu)加軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力,使軸承負載(zai)加大而(er)降低壽命(ming)。輪(lun)胎聯軸器(qi)高速運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時(shi),輪(lun)胎外(wai)緣由于離心(xin)力的(de)作用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一步增大附(fu)加軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力。為(wei)此,在(zai)安裝(zhuang)聯軸器(qi)時(shi)應采(cai)取(qu)措施,使輪(lun)胎中的(de)應力方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與工作時(shi)產生(sheng)的(de)應力方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反(fan),以抵消(xiao)部分附(fu)加軸向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力,達(da)到(dao)改善聯軸器(qi)和兩(liang)軸承的(de)工和條件。
輪(lun)胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)由于(yu)種種原(yuan)因(yin)使其質心或慣性主軸(zhou)(zhou)與其加(jia)(jia)轉軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)不重合,在運轉時將(jiang)產生不平(ping)衡(heng)離心慣性力(li)、離心慣性力(li)偶和(he)動撓度(振型)的(de)(de)現(xian)象,稱為轉子的(de)(de)不平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象,這種不平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象必然引起軸(zhou)(zhou)系的(de)(de)振動,從(cong)而影響機器(qi)的(de)(de)正常(chang)工作和(he)使用壽命,因(yin)而對其必須加(jia)(jia)以(yi)重視。
