星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈(dan)性體(ti)由凸(tu)形(xing)爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)(de)備件(jian)之(zhi)一,相應的(de)(de)分為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)胎(tai)式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分為(wei)凸型和(he)凹(ao)型兩大類,凸型又分為(wei)帶骨(gu)架整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)、無骨(gu)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)和(he)徑向(xiang)切口式(shi)(shi)三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)環內側(ce)用(yong)硫(liu)化方法與(yu)(yu)鋼質骨(gu)架粘(zhan)接(jie)成一體(ti)(ti)(ti),骨(gu)架上的(de)(de)螺(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)母。裝(zhuang)配時(shi)用(yong)螺(luo)栓與(yu)(yu)兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)凸緣連(lian)接(jie),依靠擰(ning)緊螺(luo)栓使輪(lun)胎(tai)與(yu)(yu)凸緣端面之(zhi)間產生的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦力來傳遞轉矩(ju),輪(lun)胎(tai)環工(gong)作時(shi)發(fa)生扭轉剪切變形,故(gu)輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有(you)很高的(de)(de)彈(dan)性(xing),補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對位移的(de)(de)能力較大,并有(you)良好的(de)(de)阻尼,而且結(jie)構簡單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和(he)維(wei)護都比較方便(bian)。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)不高(gao)、外(wai)(wai)形(xing)尺寸較大(da),隨(sui)著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)扭(niu)轉角的(de)(de)(de)增加(jia)使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)扭(niu)歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向尺寸略有減小,將在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上產生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載加(jia)大(da)而降低壽命。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高(gao)速運轉時(shi)(shi),輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)(wai)緣由于離心力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用而向外(wai)(wai)擴張,將進(jin)一步(bu)增大(da)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li)。為此(ci),在(zai)安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)(shi)應(ying)采取措施,使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)中的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向與(yu)工作時(shi)(shi)產生的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向相反,以抵(di)消部(bu)分(fen)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li),達到改(gai)善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)工和條件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)器由于種種原因使(shi)其質心或慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)與其加(jia)轉軸(zhou)線不重(zhong)合(he),在(zai)運轉時將產生不平(ping)衡(heng)離心慣(guan)性力、離心慣(guan)性力偶和動(dong)撓(nao)度(du)(振型)的現象,稱為轉子的不平(ping)衡(heng)現象,這種不平(ping)衡(heng)現象必然引起(qi)軸(zhou)系的振動(dong),從而影響機器的正常工作和使(shi)用壽命,因而對其必須加(jia)以重(zhong)視(shi)。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
