The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性(xing)輪胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪胎(tai)體(ti)是輪胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必(bi)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)備件(jian)之一,相應的(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪胎(tai)體(ti)。輪胎(tai)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)為凸(tu)型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩大類,凸(tu)型(xing)又分(fen)為帶骨(gu)(gu)架整(zheng)體(ti)式、無骨(gu)(gu)整(zheng)體(ti)式和徑向(xiang)切(qie)口式三(san)種。輪胎(tai)環(huan)內側用(yong)硫(liu)化方(fang)法(fa)與鋼質(zhi)骨(gu)(gu)架粘接(jie)成一體(ti),骨(gu)(gu)架上的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)母。裝配時用(yong)螺(luo)栓與兩半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)凸(tu)緣連(lian)接(jie),依靠擰緊螺(luo)栓使輪胎(tai)與凸(tu)緣端面之間(jian)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦力來傳遞(di)轉矩,輪胎(tai)環(huan)工作時發生扭轉剪(jian)切(qie)變形,故輪胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有(you)很(hen)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)彈性(xing),補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對位移的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力較(jiao)大,并有(you)良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆和維護(hu)都比較(jiao)方(fang)便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載(zai)能(neng)力不(bu)高、外形尺(chi)寸(cun)較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)增(zeng)加使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)外形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向尺(chi)寸(cun)略有減小,將(jiang)(jiang)在(zai)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)上產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)附加軸(zhou)(zhou)向力,使軸(zhou)(zhou)承負載(zai)加大(da)而降(jiang)低壽命(ming)。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器高速運轉(zhuan)時,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)外緣由(you)于離(li)心力的(de)作(zuo)用而向外擴張(zhang),將(jiang)(jiang)進一步增(zeng)大(da)附加軸(zhou)(zhou)向力。為此,在(zai)安裝(zhuang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器時應(ying)采取措施,使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)中的(de)應(ying)力方向與工作(zuo)時產(chan)生的(de)應(ying)力方向相反,以抵消(xiao)部分附加軸(zhou)(zhou)向力,達到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)工和(he)條件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)器由于種種原因(yin)使其(qi)質(zhi)心或慣性主軸(zhou)與其(qi)加轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)(bu)重合,在運轉時(shi)將產生不(bu)(bu)平衡離心慣性力、離心慣性力偶和(he)動撓度(振(zhen)(zhen)型)的(de)現(xian)象,稱為轉子的(de)不(bu)(bu)平衡現(xian)象,這種不(bu)(bu)平衡現(xian)象必然引起軸(zhou)系的(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動,從而影響機(ji)器的(de)正常(chang)工作和(he)使用壽命(ming),因(yin)而對其(qi)必須(xu)加以重視。
