卷筒聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)是一種(zhong)新(xin)型(xing)撓性聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi),主(zhu)要用(yong)于起重設備(bei)中起升機構的減速(su)器(qi)輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)與鋼(gang)絲繩卷筒的聯(lian)接(jie),也適用(yong)于其(qi)它類似(si)的既傳遞轉矩(ju)又承受徑向載荷(he)的機械設備(bei),但(dan)不能用(yong)作需(xu)承受軸(zhou)(zhou)向載荷(he)的傳動。
卷筒(tong)聯軸(zhou)器由帶鼓(gu)形齒的外(wai)(wai)齒軸(zhou)套、帶聯接法蘭和(he)(he)內齒圈(quan)的外(wai)(wai)套、帶外(wai)(wai)球面的承載(zai)環(huan)、端蓋和(he)(he)密封(feng)圈(quan)等(deng)組成,并(bing)設有定位磨損指針、潤滑油孔和(he)(he)通氣孔等(deng)。
外(wai)齒軸套(tao)和(he)外(wai)套(tao)構成(cheng)的鼓形(xing)齒式聯軸器傳遞驅動功率(lv), 而(er)由承(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)環的外(wai)球(qiu)(qiu)面(mian)和(he)外(wai)套(tao)的內承(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)面(mian)形(xing)成(cheng)的接觸(chu)副(fu)構成(cheng)自動調位(wei)的球(qiu)(qiu)面(mian)軸承(cheng)(cheng),承(cheng)(cheng)受徑向(xiang)載(zai)荷(he)。聯軸器的內、外(wai)齒嚙合在油浴中工作,通過內外(wai)端蓋、密封(feng)圈防止潤滑脂泄漏。
