SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使(shi)用(yong)的(de)場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機(ji)泵(beng)(beng)在安(an)裝(zhuang)過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影(ying)響機(ji)泵(beng)(beng)使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩半合成(cheng)，分別用(yong)鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合等(deng)聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩軸端，再通過某種方(fang)式將兩半聯(lian)接起(qi)來(lai)。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補(bu)償兩(liang)軸之間由于(yu)制造安裝不精(jing)確、工(gong)作時的變形(xing)或熱(re)膨脹(zhang)等原因所發生(sheng)的偏移(yi)(yi)（包括(kuo)軸向偏移(yi)(yi)、徑(jing)向偏移(yi)(yi)、角偏移(yi)(yi)或綜(zong)合偏移(yi)(yi)）；以(yi)及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
