
輪胎聯軸器采用(yong)輪胎體狀(zhuang)橡膠元件,與兩個半聯(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)接,實現扭矩傳遞和(he)位移補償。橡膠輪胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有(you)較高的彈性性能,扭轉剛度小,減震(zhen)能力強,軸(zhou)向補償能力較大,有(you)良好的阻尼性能。
彈性輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)輪胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)是(shi)輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)必要(yao)的(de)備件之(zhi)一,相應(ying)的(de)分為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)。輪胎(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)分為(wei)凸(tu)型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩大(da)類,凸(tu)型(xing)又(you)分為(wei)帶骨架整體(ti)(ti)式(shi)、無骨整體(ti)(ti)式(shi)和徑向切口式(shi)三種。輪胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)內側用硫化方法與(yu)鋼質骨架粘接成(cheng)一體(ti)(ti),骨架上的(de)螺(luo)栓孔(kong)處焊有螺(luo)母。裝配時用螺(luo)栓與(yu)兩半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)凸(tu)緣(yuan)(yuan)連(lian)接,依靠(kao)擰緊螺(luo)栓使輪胎(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)緣(yuan)(yuan)端面之(zhi)間產生的(de)摩擦力來(lai)傳(chuan)遞(di)轉(zhuan)矩(ju),輪胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)工(gong)作(zuo)時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形,故輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有很高的(de)彈性,補償(chang)兩軸相對位移(yi)的(de)能(neng)力較大(da),并(bing)有良好的(de)阻(zu)尼,而且結構簡單、不需(xu)潤滑、裝拆和維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載能力(li)不高、外(wai)(wai)(wai)形尺寸(cun)較大,隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對(dui)扭轉(zhuan)角(jiao)的增加(jia)(jia)使輪胎外(wai)(wai)(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸(cun)略(lve)有減小(xiao),將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)上產(chan)生(sheng)較大的附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使軸(zhou)承(cheng)負載加(jia)(jia)大而(er)降(jiang)低(di)壽命。輪胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)高速(su)運(yun)轉(zhuan)時,輪胎外(wai)(wai)(wai)緣由于離心力(li)的作用(yong)而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)(wai)(wai)擴張,將進一步增大附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為此(ci),在安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)時應采取措施,使輪胎中(zhong)的應力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工作時產(chan)生(sheng)的應力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以(yi)抵消(xiao)部分附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到(dao)改(gai)善聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的工和條件。
輪胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器由于(yu)種(zhong)種(zhong)原因(yin)使(shi)其質心或慣(guan)性(xing)主軸(zhou)與其加(jia)轉軸(zhou)線(xian)不(bu)(bu)重合(he),在運轉時(shi)將產生不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡離(li)心慣(guan)性(xing)力、離(li)心慣(guan)性(xing)力偶(ou)和動撓度(振型)的(de)現(xian)象,稱為轉子的(de)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象,這種(zhong)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象必然引起軸(zhou)系(xi)的(de)振動,從而(er)影響機器的(de)正常(chang)工作(zuo)和使(shi)用壽命,因(yin)而(er)對其必須加(jia)以重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
