萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現(xian)代(dai)工(gong)業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用在重(zhong)載(zai)大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距(ju)離(li)可達(da)30m以上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行同(tong)軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則(ze)將影響(xiang)機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固(gu)地聯接起來一同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動和(he)扭矩的(de)機(ji)械部件。有(you)時也用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
