SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。
萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或造成設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半(ban)聯接(jie)起來。
