SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等(deng)其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可(ke)避(bi)免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運(yun)行事故。
