SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械等其他(ta)重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接的(de)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。它(ta)可以將不(bu)同機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)主動軸和(he)從動軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連接在(zai)一(yi)(yi)起，以此達到一(yi)(yi)同旋(xuan)轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運動機(ji)械零件(jian)(jian)，有時也(ye)用以聯(lian)接軸與(yu)其他零件(jian)(jian)。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有(you)減速、增速、變向和(he)換(huan)向等動作以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振(zhen)的作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩大類(lei)。前者(zhe)不具(ju)有(you)緩沖性(xing)和(he)補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)線相(xiang)對(dui)位移(yi)的能力(li)，但結構簡(jian)單，制造成(cheng)本較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方便(bian)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接起來一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機(ji)械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由兩半(ban)合成，分別(bie)用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩軸端(duan)，再通過(guo)某種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹(zhang)等原因所發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包(bao)括軸向(xiang)(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
