萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳(chuan)動效率(lv)優異，在現(xian)代工業領(ling)域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重(zhong)載大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用相(xiang)當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)(de)機泵(beng)(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)(de)調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)(beng)使用效(xiao)率或造成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事故。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)或機(ji)械故障而(er)導(dao)致所(suo)需扭(niu)(niu)矩超過設定值時(shi)，它以打滑形式限(xian)制傳動系統所(suo)傳動的扭(niu)(niu)力，打滑的同時(shi)也能一(yi)個信號輸出(chu)停(ting)掉電(dian)機(ji)和(he)減速機(ji)，當過載(zai)情形消失(shi)后自行恢復聯(lian)結。
