星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸(tu)形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采用輪(lun)胎體狀橡(xiang)膠(jiao)元件,與(yu)兩個半(ban)聯(lian)經過(guo)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,實現(xian)扭(niu)(niu)矩傳遞和位(wei)移補(bu)償。橡(xiang)膠(jiao)輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有(you)較(jiao)高的彈性性能(neng),扭(niu)(niu)轉剛度小,減震能(neng)力強(qiang),軸(zhou)向補(bu)償能(neng)力較(jiao)大,有(you)良好(hao)的阻尼(ni)性能(neng)。
彈(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器必要的(de)備件之(zhi)一(yi),相應的(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器分為凸型(xing)和(he)凹型(xing)兩大類,凸型(xing)又分為帶骨(gu)(gu)架整體(ti)(ti)式(shi)、無骨(gu)(gu)整體(ti)(ti)式(shi)和(he)徑向切(qie)口式(shi)三(san)種。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)內側用硫化方法與鋼質骨(gu)(gu)架粘接(jie)成一(yi)體(ti)(ti),骨(gu)(gu)架上的(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺(luo)母。裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)時用螺(luo)栓(shuan)與兩半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)凸緣(yuan)連接(jie),依靠(kao)擰(ning)緊螺(luo)栓(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)與凸緣(yuan)端面之(zhi)間產生的(de)摩(mo)擦力來(lai)傳(chuan)遞(di)轉矩(ju),輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)工(gong)作時發生扭轉剪(jian)切(qie)變形,故輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有很高的(de)彈(dan)性(xing),補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對位移(yi)的(de)能力較(jiao)大,并(bing)有良好的(de)阻(zu)尼,而(er)且結構簡(jian)單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆(chai)和(he)維護都比較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承載能力(li)不高(gao)、外(wai)(wai)形尺寸較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩(liang)(liang)軸相對扭(niu)轉角的增加(jia)(jia)使(shi)輪胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)外(wai)(wai)形扭(niu)歪,軸向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減(jian)小(xiao),將在兩(liang)(liang)軸上產生較(jiao)大(da)的附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸承負載加(jia)(jia)大(da)而降(jiang)低壽命。輪胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸器高(gao)速運轉時(shi)(shi),輪胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)外(wai)(wai)緣(yuan)由于離心(xin)力(li)的作用而向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)(wai)擴張(zhang),將進一步增大(da)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為此,在安裝(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器時(shi)(shi)應采取措施(shi),使(shi)輪胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)中的應力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工作時(shi)(shi)產生的應力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以(yi)抵消部分附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到改(gai)善聯(lian)(lian)軸器和兩(liang)(liang)軸承的工和條件。
輪胎式聯軸器(qi)由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使(shi)(shi)其質心或慣(guan)性(xing)主軸與(yu)其加轉軸線不重合,在(zai)運轉時將產生(sheng)不平衡(heng)離心慣(guan)性(xing)力、離心慣(guan)性(xing)力偶和(he)動撓度(振(zhen)(zhen)型)的(de)(de)現(xian)象,稱為(wei)轉子的(de)(de)不平衡(heng)現(xian)象,這種(zhong)不平衡(heng)現(xian)象必(bi)然(ran)引起軸系(xi)的(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)動,從而影響機器(qi)的(de)(de)正常工(gong)作和(he)使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)命(ming),因而對其必(bi)須加以(yi)重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
