
輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎體狀橡膠元(yuan)件,與兩個半(ban)聯(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)接,實現扭矩傳遞和位移補償(chang)。橡膠輪胎聯(lian)軸器具有較(jiao)(jiao)高的彈性(xing)性(xing)能(neng),扭轉剛(gang)度小,減震能(neng)力(li)強,軸向(xiang)補償(chang)能(neng)力(li)較(jiao)(jiao)大,有良好的阻(zu)尼性(xing)能(neng)。
彈性(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器必要的備件(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi),相(xiang)應(ying)的分(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯軸器分(fen)為凸(tu)型和凹型兩大類,凸(tu)型又分(fen)為帶骨(gu)架整體(ti)(ti)式(shi)、無骨(gu)整體(ti)(ti)式(shi)和徑向切口式(shi)三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側(ce)用(yong)硫化(hua)方法與(yu)鋼質骨(gu)架粘(zhan)接成一(yi)體(ti)(ti),骨(gu)架上的螺栓(shuan)孔(kong)處焊(han)有(you)螺母。裝配時(shi)用(yong)螺栓(shuan)與(yu)兩半聯軸器的凸(tu)緣連接,依靠(kao)擰緊螺栓(shuan)使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)緣端面(mian)之(zhi)(zhi)間產生(sheng)的摩(mo)擦力(li)來傳遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環工作時(shi)發(fa)生(sheng)扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形,故輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器具有(you)很高的彈性(xing),補償兩軸相(xiang)對位移的能力(li)較(jiao)大,并有(you)良好的阻尼,而且結構簡單(dan)、不需潤(run)滑、裝拆和維(wei)護都比較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺(que)點是承載能力(li)不高、外形尺寸較(jiao)大,隨著兩軸(zhou)相對扭轉角的增加(jia)使(shi)(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)外形扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減小,將在兩軸(zhou)上(shang)產(chan)生較(jiao)大的附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使(shi)(shi)軸(zhou)承負載加(jia)大而降低壽命。輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎(tai)外緣由于離心力(li)的作用而向(xiang)外擴(kuo)張,將進一步增大附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此(ci),在安(an)裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)采取措施(shi),使(shi)(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)中(zhong)的應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)與工作時(shi)產(chan)生的應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)相反,以抵消部分附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩軸(zhou)承的工和條件。
輪(lun)胎式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因(yin)使(shi)其質(zhi)心(xin)或慣性(xing)主(zhu)軸(zhou)與其加(jia)轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)重合,在運轉時將產生不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)離(li)(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)力、離(li)(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)力偶和動撓(nao)度(振(zhen)型)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang),稱(cheng)為轉子(zi)的(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)現(xian)象(xiang),這種(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)必然引起軸(zhou)系的(de)振(zhen)動,從而(er)影響機(ji)器的(de)正常工作和使(shi)用(yong)壽命,因(yin)而(er)對其必須加(jia)以重視(shi)。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
