彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳遞扭矩大，使(shi)用壽(shou)命長，免維護，耐(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫，耐(nai)酸堿防腐蝕(shi)，適用于高(gao)(gao)溫高(gao)(gao)速及有腐蝕(shi)工況(kuang)環境的軸系傳動。

萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力(li)高(gao)，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工(gong)業領域(yu)被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器使用的(de)場合(he)相近，主要運用在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用整體式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸和從(cong)動(dong)軸牢固地聯接起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機(ji)械部(bu)件(jian)。有時也用以(yi)聯接軸與其他零(ling)件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某(mou)種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯(lian)軸器可兼有補(bu)償兩軸之(zhi)間由(you)于制造安裝不精確、工作時(shi)的變形(xing)或(huo)熱膨脹(zhang)等原因(yin)所發(fa)生的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)或(huo)綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)）；以及(ji)緩和沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
