對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)在工(gong)作過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),并且會(hui)帶來燃油(you)消(xiao)耗(hao)空氣污染等后果,由(you)于承(cheng)受(shou)咬入沖擊動(dong)載(zai)荷(he),使得聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)受(shou)到峰值轉矩(ju),聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)承(cheng)載(zai)能力(li)下降,并在短時間內失效,從而直(zhi)接(jie)影響其正常工(gong)作,其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)較薄弱環節進行替換或(huo)維修(xiu)是重要(yao)和實用的(de)。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對半(ban)徑變位要(yao)求較好,找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如果在駕駛過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)螺栓松(song)動(dong),泵(beng)裝置的(de)振動(dong)和噪音(yin)可(ke)能會(hui)變大。
