SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器使(shi)用(yong)的場合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)采用整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋(ya)鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安(an)裝過程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平(ping)行，否(fou)則將影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接起來一(yi)同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分別(bie)用鍵(jian)或緊配合(he)等(deng)聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸端(duan)，再通(tong)過(guo)某種方式將兩半(ban)聯(lian)接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼(jian)有(you)補(bu)償(chang)兩軸(zhou)之間(jian)由于制造(zao)安裝不(bu)精確(que)、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生的偏移（包括軸(zhou)向偏移、徑(jing)向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
