SWP十(shi)字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸器使用(yong)的(de)場(chang)合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用整體式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中都(dou)不可避免(mian)地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使對(dui)輪既同心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造(zao)成設備運(yun)行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不(bu)同機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lian)接起(qi)來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳(chuan)遞運動和扭矩的機械部(bu)件。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼(jian)有補償兩(liang)軸之間由(you)于制造安裝(zhuang)不精確(que)、工(gong)作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生的偏(pian)移（包(bao)括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移、角偏(pian)移或綜合偏(pian)移）；以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸(xi)振。
