SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的場合相近(jin)，主(zhu)要運用(yong)(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械(xie)等(deng)其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)地要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心(xin)又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用效率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

風機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有減速、增速、變(bian)向和(he)換(huan)向等動(dong)作以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器可分為剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)撓性(xing)(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩(liang)大類。前者(zhe)不具有緩沖性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)線相(xiang)對位移(yi)的能力(li)，但結(jie)構(gou)簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方(fang)便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)(lai)將不(bu)同機構中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起來(lai)(lai)一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運(yun)動(dong)和扭矩的機械(xie)部件(jian)。有(you)時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其(qi)他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)(jin)配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊(jin)(jin)固在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端(duan)，再通過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半聯接起(qi)來。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼(jian)有(you)補(bu)償(chang)兩軸(zhou)之間由于制造安(an)裝不精確、工作時的變形或(huo)熱(re)膨脹等原因所發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包(bao)括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)。
